Magnetic Drive Pump
Magnetic Drive Pump Designs have become the standard for applications requiring High Acidic and Corrosion Resistant. Magnetic Drive Pumps are Sealless Pumps used for Acids, Alkalis, Corrosive & Hazardous Chemical, Electroplating and Pharmaceutical Industries. “Magnetic Coupled” refers to the coupling between the wet end of the pump and the motor. In “direct drive” the impeller of the pump is attached to the shaft of the motor and this design depends on the Mechanical shaft seal. In a magnetic drive pump, the wet end and motor are two separate parts, connected by a motor bracket. At the end of the motor shaft, a drive magnet is attached, and as it rotates around the rear housing, the impeller, which is fixed upon another magnet, spins in synchronization. Our magnetic drive pump designs offer a wide range of capabilities from compact NP-15 configurations up to 800 Liter per Minute large chemical process pump series in Polypropylene, PVDF and SS 316.Centrifugal Coupled Chemical and Acid pumps conceived for industrial applications, production lines and ecological facilities. Where resistance to chemical aggression must be coupled with reliability and easy maintenance. PP Centrifugal Pumps are mainly used in Acidic, Corrosion and Hazardous Chemical Environments.

AODD Pumps
AODD pumps, also known as air operated double diaphragm pumps or pneumatically operated diaphragm pumps are used in a variety of mining, paint, acid, chemicals applications and can handle a wide range of feeds such as sludges, slurries, abrasive and sensitive fluids. They are especially useful where electricity is unavailable or in explosive or flammable areas because they are powered solely by compressed air. AOD pumps are a type of reciprocating diaphragm pump or positive displacement pump that uses compressed air to move two diaphragms. It is made up of two pumping chambers that are filled and discharged alternately by the movement of flexible diaphragms. To generate the pumping action, compressed air is alternately fed into and vented from air chambers on opposite sides of the diaphragms. The air section, which includes a shuttle valve, alternately applies air to the two diaphragms which are equipped with a set of a check or ball valves.

PP Coupled Pump
A PP Centrifugal Pump coupling is a component that links the spinning pump shaft to the driving shaft of the motor, allowing the motor to successfully transmit power to the pump. The most frequent pump used in the chemical and acid industries is the PP Coupled Pumps. Because both the portion Pump and the motor are Love Joy Coupled, they can be readily serviced and avoid one element of the Pump from damaging another. When a pump is close coupled, a separate connection is not necessary because the motor is directly connected to the pump on a single shaft, but overheating or other faults might harm the entire pump, which is known as a Monoblock Pump. Monoblock Pumps should be avoided in high-temperature or high-horsepower situations. Our Pumps is a well-known PP Centrifugal Pumps Manufacturers in India. PP Centrifugal Pump is capable of handling caustic liquids. To maintain dimensional accuracy, our specifically built PP Centrifugal Pumps contain injection moulded wetted components and Teflon bellow type mechanical sealing to seal wetted and non-wetted portions.

PP Centrifugal Pump Manufacturer | Our Pumps
PP centrifugal pumps are a type of chemical transfer pump that are specifically designed for handling corrosive chemicals. They are made of polypropylene, a thermoplastic polymer that is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, making it an ideal material for manufacturing chemical transfer pumps. PP centrifugal pumps are widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries, where the handling and transfer of corrosive and abrasive fluids are common.
Features
- Corrosion resistance: Polypropylene is highly resistant to a wide range of corrosive chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and solvents. This makes PP centrifugal pumps ideal for handling and transferring corrosive fluids in chemical processing industries.
- Thermal resistance: PP centrifugal pumps can handle fluids at high temperatures, making them suitable for use in applications that require high-temperature transfer of chemicals.
- Self-priming: PP centrifugal pumps are self-priming, meaning that they can start pumping fluids without the need for manual priming.
- Sealless design: PP centrifugal pumps are available with a sealless design, which eliminates the need for mechanical seals that can wear out or leak over time. This makes them ideal for handling hazardous or toxic fluids that can cause harm if leaked.
- Easy maintenance: PP centrifugal pumps are easy to maintain and repair, as they have fewer moving parts than other types of chemical transfer pumps. This can result in lower maintenance costs over time.
Applications
- Chemical processing: PP centrifugal pumps are commonly used in the chemical processing industry for the transfer of corrosive fluids, such as acids, alkalis, and solvents.
- Pharmaceuticals: PP centrifugal pumps are used in the pharmaceutical industry for the transfer of corrosive fluids, such as acids and alkalis, as well as for the transfer of sterile fluids.
- Water treatment: PP centrifugal pumps are used in water treatment plants for the transfer of chemicals such as chlorine and fluoride.
- Petrochemicals: PP centrifugal pumps are used in the petrochemical industry for the transfer of corrosive fluids such as acids and alkalis.
- Agriculture: PP centrifugal pumps are used in the agriculture industry for the transfer of fertilizers and pesticides.
Overall, PP centrifugal pumps are an essential piece of equipment in industries where the handling and transfer of corrosive fluids are involved. They provide a safe and efficient way to transfer chemicals, and their high resistance to corrosion and ease of maintenance make them a popular choice for many industries.
Useful information on PP Centrifugal Pump
PP centrifugal pumps are widely used in the chemical processing, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries for the transfer of corrosive and abrasive fluids. They are designed to handle a wide range of corrosive chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and solvents, and are made of polypropylene, a thermoplastic polymer that is highly resistant to corrosion.
PP centrifugal pumps operate by creating a centrifugal force that moves the fluid through the pump’s impeller and out through the discharge port. They are available in both sealless and sealed designs, with the sealless design being the preferred option for applications involving hazardous or toxic fluids. The sealless design eliminates the need for mechanical seals, which can wear out or leak over time, leading to costly downtime and repairs.
One of the main advantages of PP centrifugal pumps is their corrosion resistance. Polypropylene is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, making these pumps ideal for handling and transferring corrosive fluids. PP centrifugal pumps can also handle fluids at high temperatures, making them suitable for use in applications that require high-temperature transfer of chemicals.
PP centrifugal pumps are available in a range of sizes and capacities to meet the needs of different industries and applications. They are also designed for easy maintenance and repair, with fewer moving parts than other types of pumps, resulting in lower maintenance costs over time.
In addition to their use in the chemical processing, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries, PP centrifugal pumps are also used in water treatment plants for the transfer of chemicals such as chlorine and fluoride, and in the agriculture industry for the transfer of fertilizers and pesticides.
Overall, PP centrifugal pumps are a reliable and efficient choice for industries where the handling and transfer of corrosive fluids are involved. They provide a safe and efficient way to transfer chemicals, and their corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance make them a popular choice for many industries.
